How it works

Refund

Refund steps

  1. 1Open the form above and choose Refund. Tell us your order number and reason.
  2. 2We confirm by email and send a return label/QR and packing guidance.
  3. 3Back up and remove personal data/locks (iCloud/FRP) and include accessories.
  4. 4Drop at your local Royal Mail/DPD point or book collection.
  5. 5After inspection, your refund is issued. Banks usually post funds in 3–7 business days (up to 14 days in some cases).
Exchange

Exchange steps

  1. 1Open the form above and choose Exchange. Tell us the size/colour/model you want.
  2. 2We email your return label and confirm stock availability.
  3. 3Pack safely with all accessories; disable locks and wipe the device.
  4. 4Post the return. Once scanned in transit, we can arrange a like-for-like exchange or store credit.
  5. 5We ship the replacement or apply credit after inspection.

Notes: Online orders have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel; faulty items can be rejected within 30 days under UK consumer law (some exclusions apply).

Liability for supplementary costs

Delayed orders

We don’t cover costs due to delays (missed appointments, rescheduling, etc.).

Lost orders

We’ll refund or replace lost orders, but incidental costs aren’t covered.

Misrouted orders

If delivered to the wrong address, we’ll fix it or refund/replace the order; related retrieval expenses aren’t covered.

Refunds usually reach your bank within 4–14 business days depending on your bank.
