Shipping & Services

From checkout to your door, we keep it smooth and secure. Also you can choose what suits you: home delivery or Click & Collect. We deliver mobiles, tablets, laptops, accessories, gaming, computing and appliances all across the UK—plus expert repairs (in-store or mail-in) and in-store trade-in with instant cashback.

Bank holidays

Couriers do not deliver on UK bank holidays. Orders placed then will ship next working day.

Delivery options (UK)

Free standard delivery on small items over £0.50 GBP. Remote areas or large items may attract a surcharge.

Standard (small items)

Tracked delivery via Royal Mail / Evri / DPD.

Next Day

All-day delivery (7am–8pm) in most areas.

Collection Point

Choose a collection point(Shop) by contacting us if you want to collect it by yourself!

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and other remote areas may take longer or incur a surcharge.

Device Repairs

Choose the route that suits you. We repair phones, tablets, laptops, consoles and selected appliances.

Visit a store (recommended)

Book a repair at your nearest store. Diagnostics up-front; most smartphone repairs same day (parts permitting).

  • Bring photo ID, proof of purchase and your passcode (for testing if required).
  • Back up your data first.
  • Water damage/board-level jobs may take longer.
Mail-in repair (UK)
  1. Request a mail-in label/kit.
  2. Package securely (remove SIM/cases; disable “Find My”).
  3. Send via tracked post and keep the receipt.

We cover return shipping after repair. If unrepairable, we can return or recycle on request.

Trade-in for instant cashback

Trade-ins are accepted in-store only so we can verify condition and pay you on the spot.

  • Get an online estimate, then book a store appointment.
  • Bring photo ID and any accessories.
  • Ensure data is wiped and “Find My” is off (we can help in store).

Processing, tracking & restrictions

Order processing

Orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after this time or on weekends/bank holidays ship next working day.

Track my order

Use Shopify’s built-in tracking—no extra apps needed:

  1. Signed-in customers: open your account and view Orders for live status and tracking (when available).
  2. Guests: click the secure “View your order” button in your confirmation email to open your order status page.

The guest “View your order” link contains a unique key for your privacy—only the email recipient can access it. Contact us and we’ll resend it.

Packaging & delivery day
  • Small tech ships in protective packaging.
  • Large appliances: delivered room-of-choice or kerbside depending on service selected.
  • Missed delivery: the courier will reattempt or provide collection instructions.
Restrictions & safety
  • UK deliveries only (incl. NI, Highlands & Islands; extra time/cost may apply).
  • Lithium batteries ship under courier safety rules; we may split shipments.
  • No shipping to PO Boxes or BFPO.

FAQs

Can you install and recycle old appliances?

Yes — add installation/recycling at checkout where available. Access checks and parking restrictions may apply.

Is a signature required?

High-value orders require a signature and may be delivered to the billing address only for security.
