Placing Order

After placing an order you will receive an order-confirmation email; a dispatch email will follow when your item ships; repair bookings are confirmed upon our acknowledgement of your service order; for trade-ins, you will select your model and complete the process, after which we will issue an offer via the appropriate chat channel. If a phone product is unavailable after purchase, we will offer an alternative of similar specification, an estimated wait for restock, or a refund to your original payment method.

Some phone listings may vary in internal storage availability. If the exact storage listed is not available, we may provide equivalent capacity via memory card (where appropriate), offer a similar alternative, or refund you.

Product Pricing

Postage

Warranty

24 months warranty on devices (exceptions may apply). Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, and any damage caused by software tampering.

Repairs performed by us include a 12-month workmanship warranty; installed parts include a minimum 6-month warranty.

Returns are accepted with valid proof of purchase. Items must be returned with all accessories and original packaging. Returned items are tested prior to any refund, repair, or replacement.
