TheGQuest provide a 36-month warranty on all devices, with some exceptions listed below.

This warranty does not cover:

Physical breakage or cosmetic damage
Liquid ingress / water damage
Accidental damage
Damage caused by software modification or tampering
Device opened or parts replaced by a third party

Every repair includes a 12-month labour warranty. Any part we install carries a minimum 6-month warranty.

Please back up your data before the return. We cannot be responsible for data loss. The warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, or mishandling.

Returns are accepted with valid proof of purchase. The item must be returned with all accessories and the original box. We test all returns before any refund, repair, or replacement.

Returns for Unwanted Items Policy

You may return an unwanted device within 3 calendar days of purchase for a store credit/voucher, provided it is in the same condition as sold. Items must be unused/unregistered, in original packaging with all accessories, and the IMEI/serial must match our records; proof of purchase is required. Returns may be refused if there are signs of use, activation/account locks (e.g., iCloud/FRP), missing items, or physical/liquid damage; opened hygiene accessories may be non-returnable. Under the law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item and cancel for any reason. You then usually have another 14 days to send it back.

Device Condition & Representation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are pre-owned/refurbished and sold in a graded condition (e.g., Like New, Very Good, Good) reflecting expected cosmetic wear. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative guidance only; the device you receive may differ slightly in appearance (e.g., minor marks consistent with the stated grade) while meeting the same model and functional specification.

Frequently asked questions

Is accidental damage covered?

Accidental or liquid damage isn’t covered by the warranty, but we can offer repair options at a fair price.

What proof of purchase do I need?

A valid receipt or order confirmation. For gifts, the original purchaser can share the proof with us.
